David has over fifteen years of youth sports and after school program, first starting with his work with Cobb County School District and creating afterschool tutoring and mentoring programs in Kennesaw, Georgia, and continuing with the Jefferson County School District (KY) with afterschool programs and sports for over ten elementary schools. Since his time in Nevada, he has created a youth sports program that uses sports to fund afterschool and mentoring programs within the Las Vegas market, working with four Clark County schools and one Charter school, as he continues to build relationships with additional schools.
Though Regal Sports Academy is introduced through the community by way of sports, the focus is truly on the community. From bringing community business partners and schools together for the ultimate goal of bettering our communities, RSA will donate money, time and efforts to their local partner schools. We will continue to grow the community spirit with a concentrated focus on the youth…both those playing under RSA and those that aren’t. Without a focus on the development of the youth in our community, our communities are doomed to fail.
Lena comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge. She has worked as manager of a Parent Training Program at Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science Head Start. Her education has taken her from West Los Angeles College, La Trade Technical College, to UCLA, countless certifications and she received her Doctor of Divinity November 2013. Her love for her community and youth speaks for itself. She is Regal Sports Academy, Administration Director, where she works closely with the Community Director and Sports Commissioner to establish a state of the art, conclusive basketball league for youth third to eighth grade in the Las Vegas Area.
Crissy is a disabled Navy Veteran and mother of 6 with more than 15 years of experience in aviation communications and liaising community outreach in the public and private sector. Crissy has over 4 years of Quality Control (QC) in the public sector and serves on the executive board for a national aviation union. Crissy has more than 7 years experience as a social media relations officer and public relations officer.
Rachael has worked in non-profit and healthcare field on both administrative and employee retention for Humana. Currently working with Cure for the Kids, a charity organization the focuses on finding cures for childhood diseases
Janael has eight years of banking experience. Jefferson
has worked in the non-profit sector for the past three years in youth sports and community service.
