Now Accepting New Students For Cheer & Dance

Regal Sports Academy is the starting both a recreational and premier all-star cheer and dance team, designed to teach children the fundamentals of cheer, tumbling and dance. We offer a variety of ways to participate, from cheer classes and tumbling classes to private lessons and competitive all-star cheer teams. RSA strives to build teamwork, respect, dedication, and sportsmanship through athletics. We believe that all children are athletes and, through practice and training, can reach their maximum developmental ability.

RECREATIONAL CHEER & DANCE: (3RD-8TH GRADE)

Learn motions, cheers/chants, jumps, and stunts in this fun class. Perfect for children interested in trying cheerleading or getting ready for team tryouts.  We have an amazing introductory class for new students.  Trainings will include classes such as: Intro to Cheer Tumbling Flexibility Jumps & Conditioning Stunts

COMPETITIVE CHEER & DANCE: (5TH-8TH GRADE)

RSA Competitive Cheer teams are for athletes grades 5th-8th.  These teams compete both locally and away (travel 5-6 times per season). Teams are based on the age & level brackets of USASF (mini, youth, junior, and senior, USASF.net). These athletes are evaluated on: 1st –  Stunting ability (basing, back spotting and/or flying) 2nd – Standing and running tumbling ability 3rd – Coach-ability for the level and age group ​The placement process starts in July and the athletes are then evaluated over the next few months to allow coaches time to ensure proper placement.
