David has over fifteen years of youth sports and after school program, first starting with his work with Cobb County School District and creating afterschool tutoring and mentoring programs in Kennesaw, Georgia, and continuing with the Jefferson County School District (KY) with afterschool programs and sports for over ten elementary schools.
Rachael has worked in non-profit and healthcare field on both administrative and employee retention for Humana.
